“In October’s Blues in Britain issue we talk to Kenny Wayne Shepherd who is over here from the States touring with his own band and Austrian outfit Runway 27, Left talk about their travels, concerts and recordings in Wales. We find Barry with a new type of venue at the bottom of his garden and the second part of the Nighthawk re-recording taking place in a Pub garden in Yorkshire. We find out more about our own home grown artists, Ged Wilson, Greg Coulson and Wille & The Bandits, all of whom you can catch on the road somewhere around the UK in the coming month(s).
Your summer Festival reviews are coming in as well as the regular gigs.
In addition new releases are flooding in and we review as many as we have space for.
Looking ahead to Christmas, well who isn’t who’s selling anything: we once again offer our best prices for subscriptions as ideal Christmas presents.
Until next month, get out and see live music while you can and enjoy yer blues.”
